Data Reporting Requirements and Technical Assistance

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients are required to report data to the HIV/AIDS Bureau as a condition of their award. Data are reported on clients served, services provided, and expenditures.

The following is additional information on the types of data reports currently required from recipients and technical assistance and support available to recipients.

The RSR covers the full calendar year and are submitted online via the Electronic Handbook (EHB). All RSRs must be submitted by 6 pm ET on the last Monday in March.
