HAB/DSS expects CEOs to ensure that Ryan White programs meet all legislative requirements. Policies and guidances have been developed to assist CEOs and planning bodies in implementing Ryan White legislative provisions.
The legislation also authorizes technical assistance to help grantees comply with legislative requirements, including peer-delivered technical assistance and guidance to planning bodies. Technical assistance is provided through the Division of Training and Technical Assistance (DTTA) within HAB. Requests for assistance must be made to HAB project officers through the Part A or Part B grantee.
