A Practical Guide to Evaluation and Evaluation Terms, Evaluation Monograph Series. Contains evaluation terms, relates quality management to evaluation, and explains steps in conducting evaluation studies.

Outcomes Evaluation TA Guides. This series covers: primary medical care, case management, and "how to" develop an outcomes evaluation.

Center for HIV Quality Care. Part of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and funded by HRSA/HAB, identifies standards of care for PLWH (People Living With HIV) at various stages of illness; determines the cost of care for PLWH; and examines variations in state Medicaid program eligibility, benefits and financing.
