service providers funded by the Ryan
White HIV/AIDS Program must complete
the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual
Data Report (RDR) detailing information
on all the clients they served during
the course of the calendar year.

versions of all documents (see dates
below) when preparing their data for
submission.
