Data Report (RDR): Data Support
In order to meet funding requirements,
service providers funded by the Ryan
White HIV/AIDS Program must complete
the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual
Data Report (RDR) detailing information
on all the clients they served during
the course of the calendar year.
The 2009 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Report (RDR) and Services Report (RSR) trainings have concluded. The training materials are posted on the 2009 RDR and RSR Annual Mailing Resource Materials web page.
2010 Important Dates
12.01.09
Grantees may begin updating their provider lists in the RDR Web system
01.04.10
Providers may begin data entry
03.01.10
All RDRs must be in Review status by 6:00 PM ET
03.08.10
Last day a grantee may return a report to a provider for corrections/changes
03.29.10
All RDRs must be in Submitted status by 6:00 PM ET
