Figure 2.1 illustrates the service delivery model created by San Ysidro Health Center using five categories believed to influence primary HIV services among Latinos: HIV primary care services, case management, ADAP enrollment, treatment adherence counseling, and culturally sensitive services including translation and interpretation services.
