The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSR)
2010 Summer RSR Client-Level Data XML Upload TestIn order to reduce the reporting burden on grantees and providers, HAB has decided that grantees and providers, who submitted client-level data files as part of the 2009 RSR year end report, will not be required to submit a 2010 Interim Report. Furthermore, those agencies that did not upload client-level data will only be required to demonstrate their readiness to submit client-level data XML files during the summer of 2010 as part of the "2010 RSR Client-Level Data XML Upload Test." This decision was announced in a letter from Dr. Deborah Parham Hopson, Associate Administrator of the HIV/AIDS Bureau at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), on April 26, 2010.
